If you have issues logging in to your account, here’s what to do:
- Launch the PCDL app on your device.
- Next, tap on the 'Login' button.
- Next, tap on the 'forgot password?'
button, just below the 'log in' button.
- Fill in your correct email ID, and
then tap on 'reset my password'.
- A link would be sent to your Email
account, please tap on that link: this process would require that you have a
stable internet connection.
- But if your internet still shows unstable,
kindly select 'Pastor Chris Digital Library' as the browser. You will be taken
to the app, where you can fill in the new password you intend to use on the
app.
- Then, tap 'reset my password'. You
will get a notification that your password has been successfully reset, then
you can login with your correct 'Email ID' and 'new password'.
