If you have any issues finding any particular product purchased, please send us the following details, so that we can resolve the issue for you:
- The receipts of purchase for the products, which
you couldn't find in your library on the new version of this app. Kindly send
us the receipts with the order IDs.
- The Email address associated with your account on this app (the email address you registered with).
- Please launch the Pastor Chris Digital Library app.
- Next, tap on the "account" icon at the top right corner of the landing page.
- Then, tap on the "settings" button; and then, tap on the "change Email" button, and you'll see the Email ID you registered with in our app.
