If you have any issues finding any particular product purchased, please send us the following details, so that we can resolve the issue for you:


  1. The receipts of purchase for the products, which you couldn't find in your library on the new version of this app. Kindly send us the receipts with the order IDs.
  2. The Email address associated with your account on this app (the email address you registered with).
    • Please launch the Pastor Chris Digital Library app.
    • Next, tap on the "account" icon at the top right corner of the landing page.
    • Then, tap on the "settings" button; and then, tap on the "change Email" button, and you'll see the Email ID you registered with in our app.
