During playback of your purchases, if you encounter any difficulty or have an error message such as, "Sorry this video is not available." This does not mean that the message is not available for download, but this kind of error message shows when there is a problem at Operating System level with playing the video. We recommend that you:

 

  1. Download the file first before playing it back.
  2. As a second attempt, delete the video from your library, download it again, and then try playing it back.
  3. If the problem persists, we advice that you restart your device and try again and the problem would be resolved.
